Browse the storeIT Services & Support
On-site and bench IT support, diagnostics, repairs and custom PC builds across Gauteng.
How much does a call-out cost?
The first hour on site is R750, then R450 for each additional hour. You get a fixed quote before work starts, so you know the cost before we touch anything.
Do you charge per hour or per job?
Both, depending on the work. Repairs and builds are quoted as a fixed job price. On-site time that isn't covered by a fixed quote is billed at the hourly call-out rate — always approved by you first.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the equipment in?
Either. We do on-site visits across Gauteng within roughly 100km of Sandton, and you can also drop off equipment for bench work. For software and network issues, remote support often resolves it without a visit.
How do I get my computer to you?
Either way works — we come to you, or you bring it in. On-site visits are available to home and business clients across Gauteng within roughly 100km of Sandton; for faults that don't need a visit, you can also drop the equipment off with us for bench work.
Do you quote before repairing?
Always. Diagnostics come first, then a clear quote before we do anything that costs money.
How much does a diagnosis cost?
Bench diagnostics are from R450. For on-site visits, the first hour is R750 and each hour after that is R450. If you approve the repair, the diagnosis time is credited toward the job — you don't pay twice.
Can you fix it on site?
For many software and hardware faults, yes — across Gauteng within roughly 100km of Sandton. If the machine needs bench work or parts we don't carry on the van, we'll be upfront that it needs to come back with us.
Is my data safe before work starts?
We work on the drive itself only where the fault requires it, and we always flag the data risk before starting. For anything that touches storage, we back up what matters first where that's possible.
Do I need to buy parts through you?
No. We quote parts separately and can source them for you, but you're welcome to supply your own — we'll just confirm compatibility before fitting anything.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes — our labour on repairs is covered, and we handle supplier warranty claims on new parts on your behalf.
Do you handle warranty claims?
Yes. If a new part we fitted fails, we handle the supplier warranty claim on your behalf instead of leaving you to chase it.
Can you build a PC for me?
Yes — we spec, build, install and test custom machines for gaming, work or anything in between, and deliver them ready to power on. If you're weighing repair against a new build, that's exactly the conversation we should have first.
IT servicesBusiness IT & Office Setup
Managed IT support and full office set-ups for small businesses across Gauteng.
What does "managed IT support" actually mean?
We look after the everyday technology your business runs on — workstations, networking, backups and security — on a fixed monthly basis. You get one team to call for IT problems, instead of whoever is available.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both. Routine support and monitoring are handled remotely; we come on site for hardware, network and hands-on work across Gauteng.
Is there a contract lock-in?
We prefer month-to-month so you can leave when you want. If a longer agreement makes sense for your budget, we'll offer one — but it's your choice.
What does it cost?
Ongoing support is from R950 per month, and that covers the routine IT your business depends on. One-off repairs and installations are quoted separately. If you're not sure which you need, that's the first conversation to have — a monthly contract only makes sense when it costs less than paying per incident.
What happens if something breaks after hours?
Urgent issues get a fast response during business hours. For after-hours emergencies, we'll tell you what's covered and what's realistic before any work starts.
Can we start with a one-off job first?
Yes — and for a lot of businesses that's the right way to start. Resolve the immediate problem first, then decide on ongoing support based on how often issues actually come up.
Do we need to buy the hardware through you?
No. We can source and procure on your behalf through our procurement service, or provision equipment you already own — the setup process is the same.
What does a full office setup cost?
It's a project-based quote — scoped from your headcount, floor plan and needs, and fixed before we start. There are no hourly surprises or hidden fees once the scope is agreed.
How far ahead should we book?
The earlier the better — ideally a few weeks before move-in so equipment can be sourced and tested. Even for a tight timeline, we can usually turn around a standard small-office setup in days.
How long does a full office setup take?
It depends on headcount and whether networking needs cabling work. We scope a timeline up front based on your space and rollout date.
What if we have existing equipment?
We work with it. Existing devices get assessed, brought up to standard where it makes sense, and integrated with the new setup.
Business IT supportNetworking & WiFi
WiFi surveys, mesh access points, office network installs and UPS for network gear.
Our WiFi works sometimes. Do we need a full install?
Maybe not. If the problem is coverage or congestion, adding a mesh access point can fix it cheaply. We survey first and only recommend what's actually needed.
How much does a network survey cost?
From R650 for a site survey — we look at the space, the devices and how your team works, then give you a plan. If you go ahead with the install, the survey is credited toward it.
Can you fix our WiFi without a full office install?
Often, yes. A single mesh access point in the right place can fix a dead zone or a congested area without ripping out the existing setup. We'll tell you honestly whether that's enough before quoting a bigger job.
How long does an office network install take?
A typical small-office install takes a day or two. Larger or cabled installs take longer — we give you a timeline with the quote.
Can you set up remote access for my team?
Yes — secure VPN and remote access for staff who work from home or travel, with access controlled per person.
Do you install UPS for network gear?
Yes. Load shedding takes down routers, switches and access points with the power. We size a small UPS or inverter around the network equipment so connectivity stays up through the stages.
How much does a full install cost?
It depends on the space, headcount and whether cabling is needed — which is exactly why the survey comes first. You get a fixed quote before anything is ordered, with no hidden fees.
Network supportProcurement
Sourcing hardware, office equipment and business essentials on your behalf.
How is Supplyd Procurement different from SpendVault?
Supplyd Procurement sources and procures technology, hardware, office equipment and business essentials on your behalf. SpendVault is a separate spend-management and procurement intelligence software product. If you need help buying things, talk to us — if you need software to control spend, SpendVault is the tool.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Tell us what you're trying to achieve or the problem you're solving, and we'll help translate that into a clear specification before we source anything.
Can you source items that aren't in your store?
Yes. Our store catalogue covers a lot, but procurement is broader — if you can describe it, we'll look for it.
Can I just buy from your store instead?
Yes — for in-stock retail items, our store gives you instant pricing and checkout. Procurement is for when you need something compared, negotiated or sourced in volume.
Do you handle software licensing?
Yes — we source and manage legitimate software licensing, including Microsoft and security products, so you're never running unlicensed software.
Can you source hard-to-find items?
Usually. If you can describe it, we'll look for it — from specialist hardware to replacement parts no longer in retail catalogues.
Do you buy from local suppliers?
We favour suppliers that are vetted, dependable and right for the job — including local and black-owned suppliers where they deliver on price and quality.
Is there a minimum spend?
No fixed minimum. We take on small and large procurement runs, though per-item comparison makes the most sense for repeat or bulk purchases.
Can you handle ongoing procurement?
Yes. Many clients use us for recurring office supply — a standing basket refreshed on a cycle you choose.
ProcurementBusiness Services — Branding, Apparel & Merch
Branding, corporate apparel, branded merchandise, supplier catalogues and web design.
We already have a logo. Do we need all this?
Not necessarily. If your logo works but your materials look inconsistent, a visual identity refresh — colours, typography, layout rules — can pull everything together without a full rebrand.
How long does a branding project take?
A focused identity project typically takes 2–4 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly we get feedback, and we'll agree on it up front.
Will my branding carry across my corporate apparel?
Yes — this is where Supplyd is different. We design your identity and then physically produce it on your workwear, uniforms and merchandise, so nothing gets lost in translation.
What branding methods do you use?
Embroidery and screen/digital printing, depending on the fabric and design. We'll recommend the method that lasts longest on each garment.
Can you handle team sizing?
Yes — we manage the sizing process across your team so you're not chasing size charts yourself, and orders come back fitted, not "close enough".
What are the minimums?
It depends on the garment and branding method. Ask for a quote and we'll give you a clear answer for your specific order.
What's the difference between branded merchandise and corporate apparel?
Merchandise is promotional and gifting items — mugs, tech, stationery, event kits. Apparel is clothing your team wears, like uniforms and polos. We handle both, often together.
Can we get a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes. For most ranges we can get a branded sample to your desk before production, so you can feel the quality before committing.
Do you handle event logistics?
We can source, brand and pack for events — including delivery to a venue or shipping in smaller bundles for your team to hand out.
How do I browse a catalogue?
Pick any supplier card and open its catalogue. Each catalogue opens in an interactive viewer — click to turn pages, or use the "Open in new tab" button for the full-screen version.
Can you source items that are not in these catalogues?
Yes. These are the ranges our supplier network publishes, but if you need something specific — a garment, print method, or volume not listed — ask us and we'll source it through the same procurement network.
What are the minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by supplier and product. Ask for a quote on the specific items you need and we'll confirm exact minimums and pricing before you commit.
Do you handle branding and printing too?
Yes — we manage the full corporate branding pipeline: design, sourcing, branding application (embroidery or print) and delivery, so the finished order matches your identity.
Do you redesign existing sites or only build new ones?
Both. If you have a site, we'll assess what's working and what's costing you — then redesign, rebuild or just fix the parts that matter.
Will the site work on phones?
Yes. Every site we build is designed mobile-first, because that's where most of your customers will see it.
What does ongoing support look like?
You choose. A simple site might just need hosting and occasional updates; a store needs a bit more attention. We'll scope a plan that matches how much you want to handle yourself.
Business servicesPersonalised Printing & Embroidery
Mugs and tumblers, embroidered apparel, photo stickers, vinyl decals and small personalised gifts — produced in-house.
Can I order just one item?
Yes. A single mug, one printed sticker or one embroidered cap is a normal order for us. Larger runs are quoted per item, so it is worth telling us roughly how many you might need.
What file do I need to send for embroidery?
A digitised stitch file — formats like .DST, .PES, .EXP or .JEF. An embroidered logo is not printed from an image; it is stitched from a file that describes where every stitch goes, so a JPG or PDF is not enough on its own.
I already have my own digitised embroidery file. Can you use it?
Yes. Send it with your enquiry and tell us the item and the size it needs to be stitched at. If it was digitised for a different item or size, we will tell you whether it can be used as is or needs adjusting first.
I do not have a digitised file. What happens then?
Tell us the design and the item it is going on. We will confirm what is needed and whether there is a setup cost for your specific design before you commit to anything.
How long does a personalised order take?
It depends on the item, the quantity and the finish, so we confirm the lead time with your quote rather than guessing. If you have a date you need it by, tell us in your enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
What kind of items can be personalised?
Drinkware (mugs and tumblers), apparel and embroidery, stickers and vinyl decals, and small gifts such as coasters, tiles, keyrings, badges, magnets, phone cases, mousepads, frames, puzzles, jewellery, pet tags and baby items. If your item is not listed, ask anyway — we will tell you straight away whether it is something we can do.
