IT Support That Keeps Your Business Running
Workstations, networking, backups and security looked after month to month — by people your team can actually call, across Johannesburg and Gauteng.
The IT problem isn't the hardware. It's the "who do I call?" problem.
When a machine won't boot, the printer stops talking to the network, or a staff member's email goes down — you need someone who knows your setup and answers the phone. That's the gap business IT support fills: not a ticket system, but a relationship with engineers who keep your technology boring (which is exactly how you want it).
What's Looked After
The essentials every small business needs, managed monthly.
Workstations & Devices
Desktops, laptops and peripherals kept updated, secure and running smoothly — hardware and software looked after month to month. That means the machine that keeps slowing your accountant down stops being a Friday-afternoon problem.
Networking & Connectivity
Routers, switches, WiFi, VPN and access control — the network your team relies on, monitored and maintained. When the printer stops talking to the server at 10am, it's your support team's job to notice before you do.
Backups & Security
Backups you can restore from, endpoint protection and email security configured properly — not just installed. The test of a backup isn't that it runs; it's that you can actually restore from it when the drive dies.
A Person Who Answers
A real engineer on the phone or on site, not a ticket queue. We respond fast, explain clearly, and fix what needs fixing.
Fewer downtime hours
Problems get caught early and fixed properly, so your team spends less time staring at loading screens — and less time redoing work that never saved.
One predictable cost
A clear monthly rate that covers the everyday IT your business depends on — no hourly surprise invoices for routine work. You know what IT costs every month, which makes budgeting simple.
Technology that fits
Support shaped around how your business actually works — not a generic "managed services" package.
What it costs. Ongoing business IT support is from R950/month — month to month, no lock-in, remote support and on-site visits included where they're needed. One-off repairs and new installations are quoted separately.
Ongoing support vs one-off repairs
Knowing the difference helps you pick the right engagement.
Ongoing support — for the everyday
The printer that jams weekly. The shared drive that fills up. The new starter who needs a machine configured. These aren't one-off disasters — they're recurring work that slows a team down until someone looks after it month to month. A monthly retainer is built for exactly this.
One-off repairsGrowing teams outgrow "call when it breaks"
At a few people, IT is a phone call away. As a team grows, the questions multiply: who manages passwords, who updates machines, who makes sure backups actually restore. That's when a monthly partner starts to make sense for businesses in Johannesburg and across Gauteng — and at from R950/month, it's usually cheaper than the hours the "cheap" approach burns.

Business IT Support Questions
What does "managed IT support" actually mean?
We look after the everyday technology your business runs on — workstations, networking, backups and security — on a fixed monthly basis. You get one team to call for IT problems, instead of whoever is available.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both. Routine support and monitoring are handled remotely; we come on site for hardware, network and hands-on work across Gauteng.
Is there a contract lock-in?
We prefer month-to-month so you can leave when you want. If a longer agreement makes sense for your budget, we'll offer one — but it's your choice.
What does it cost?
Ongoing support is from R950 per month, and that covers the routine IT your business depends on. One-off repairs and installations are quoted separately. If you're not sure which you need, that's the first conversation to have — a monthly contract only makes sense when it costs less than paying per incident.
What happens if something breaks after hours?
Urgent issues get a fast response during business hours. For after-hours emergencies, we'll tell you what's covered and what's realistic before any work starts.
Can we start with a one-off job first?
Yes — and for a lot of businesses that's the right way to start. Resolve the immediate problem first, then decide on ongoing support based on how often issues actually come up.
