Networking Questions
Our WiFi works sometimes. Do we need a full install?
Maybe not. If the problem is coverage or congestion, adding a mesh access point can fix it cheaply. We survey first and only recommend what's actually needed.
How much does a network survey cost?
From R650 for a site survey — we look at the space, the devices and how your team works, then give you a plan. If you go ahead with the install, the survey is credited toward it.
Can you fix our WiFi without a full office install?
Often, yes. A single mesh access point in the right place can fix a dead zone or a congested area without ripping out the existing setup. We'll tell you honestly whether that's enough before quoting a bigger job.
How long does an office network install take?
A typical small-office install takes a day or two. Larger or cabled installs take longer — we give you a timeline with the quote.
Can you set up remote access for my team?
Yes — secure VPN and remote access for staff who work from home or travel, with access controlled per person.
Do you install UPS for network gear?
Yes. Load shedding takes down routers, switches and access points with the power. We size a small UPS or inverter around the network equipment so connectivity stays up through the stages.
