IT Services Questions
How much does a call-out cost?
The first hour on site is R750, then R450 for each additional hour. You get a fixed quote before work starts, so you know the cost before we touch anything.
Do you charge per hour or per job?
Both, depending on the work. Repairs and builds are quoted as a fixed job price. On-site time that isn't covered by a fixed quote is billed at the hourly call-out rate — always approved by you first.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the equipment in?
Either. We do on-site visits across Gauteng within roughly 100km of Sandton, and you can also drop off equipment for bench work. For software and network issues, remote support often resolves it without a visit.
Do I need to buy parts through you?
No. We quote parts separately and can source them for you, but you're welcome to supply your own — we'll just confirm compatibility before fitting anything.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes — our labour on repairs is covered, and we handle supplier warranty claims on new parts on your behalf.
