IT Support in Centurion
On-site IT and networking for Centurion businesses, tech parks and home offices along the Johannesburg–Pretoria corridor.
Between two cities, and busier for it
Centurion sits in the middle of the Johannesburg–Pretoria corridor, which is exactly why it holds so many smaller technology, engineering and industrial businesses — and so many home offices. Most of our Centurion work is in office parks, estates and homes that have quietly become workplaces. The pattern is consistent: a small team that has outgrown the setup it started with, and no one whose job it is to fix that.
Where we work in Centurion
Small business, tech park and home office work, mostly.
Office and technology parks
Highveld, Centurion Gate and the surrounding business parks. Small to mid-sized offices that need a properly designed network, reliable meeting-room connectivity and backup power for the equipment that cannot stop.
Estates and access-controlled complexes
Vehicle and visitor access has to be arranged in advance, and work sometimes needs to be scheduled around estate rules. Tell us when you book and we will work within them instead of discovering them at the gate.
Home offices that became permanent
The single largest category of Centurion work. What started as a laptop on a dining table is now a full working day, and the setup has not kept up — poor call quality, one screen, unreliable WiFi, no backup.
Small engineering and industrial units
Businesses running equipment alongside office work, where the network has to serve both a workshop and a desk, and power stability affects machinery rather than just convenience.
What comes up most in Centurion
Growth, estate process and power resilience drive most of it.
A setup that stopped scaling two hires ago
The network, printers and file sharing that worked for three people cause daily friction at eight. This is rarely fixed by one purchase — it needs someone to map what exists and simplify it, which is often less expensive than it sounds.
Home offices with no proper connectivity
Video calls that stutter, a printer that will not stay connected, files only reachable by emailing them to yourself. These are small, well-defined fixes with a disproportionate effect on a working day.
Estate access slowing down call-outs
Access-controlled complexes add a step to every visit. Arranging clearance in advance is the difference between a visit that fits a working hour and one that does not.
Load shedding interrupting the working day
In Centurion this is often specifically about connectivity — the router and the fibre box go down with the power and the office is effectively offline. Backup power for that small set of equipment is inexpensive and changes the day completely.
What It Costs
The same rates apply everywhere we work — there is no city surcharge and no travel fee.
The part that matters:If you approve the repair, the diagnosis time is credited toward the job — you don't pay twice.

Centurion Questions
Do you cover both Centurion and Midrand?
Yes. Centurion sits between our two main service areas, so both are covered on the same schedule. If you are on the Midrand side of the corridor, mention it when you book.
Can you get into an access-controlled estate?
Yes — tell us when you book so clearance can be arranged in advance. Estate and complex procedures add a step to every visit, and arranging it beforehand is what keeps the visit inside a working hour.
We are a small business. Are we too small to be worth a call-out?
No. Much of our Centurion work is businesses of three to fifteen people. Ongoing support starts from R950/month, and once-off call-outs are R750 for the first hour on site, quoted before work starts.
Can you fix a home office without turning it into a project?
Yes. Most home office jobs are defined and quick — a reliable connection, proper WiFi coverage, a printer that stays connected, a second screen and a backup. We quote it up front rather than billing open-ended hours.
Our router dies with the power. What are the options?
A small UPS covering the router and fibre box keeps you online through load shedding. Load shedding solutions start from R550 and are sized around the equipment that actually matters to your day.
Do you do ongoing support or only call-outs?
Both. Once-off call-outs for specific problems, or monthly small business IT support from R950/month covering workstations, shared drives, printers, backups and security.
